Application for registration.—Every gratuity trust carrying on the administration of a gratuity fund shall make an application for registration to the Board of Trustees in Form 10, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every permanent retirement account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
