Records to be maintained.—Every owner of a vehicle within a cantonment shall maintain, in Form D, a record of the plying of a vehicle within a cantonment showing the particulars of every stores received, held and disposed of, shall make every entry in the record within fourteen days of the transaction to which it relates, and shall preserve the record for a period of five years from the date of the last entry.
