Report to the Government.—The Director-General shall prepare, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of owners of a vehicle within a cantonment whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Haryana and publish it within sixty days of its preparation.
