Surrender of certificate.—Every toddy tapper who ceases to carry on the tapping of toddy shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every transport pass held by him has been disposed of.
