Intimation of change.—Every lessee of a village tank shall intimate to the Panchayat Samiti, in Form 2 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Panchayat Samiti shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
