Maintenance of premises.—Every building worker registered with the Board shall keep the premises where registration with the Welfare Board is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every wage record kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with registration with the Welfare Board, and shall furnish to the Employees' Insurance Court in Form 16, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
