Surrender of certificate.—Every loss assessor who ceases to carry on the assessment of claims shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tariff Advisory Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-1 of the manner in which every proposal form held by him has been disposed of.
