Application for registration.—Every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall make an application for registration to the District Authority in Form B, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every relief material held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
