Intimation of change.—Every transporter of hazardous chemicals shall intimate to the Civil Defence Controller, in Form F and within one day of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Civil Defence Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
