Surrender of certificate.—Every transporter of hazardous chemicals who ceases to carry on the transport of hazardous chemicals shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Civil Defence Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every warning held by him has been disposed of.
