Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a restaurant who ceases to carry on the running of a restaurant shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
