Intimation of change.—Every Drawing and Disbursing Officer shall intimate to the Accountant General, in Form GFR 12-A and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Accountant General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
