Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the sale of excisable articles shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Excise Appellate Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every cask held by him has been disposed of.
