Intimation of change.—Every declarant of assets shall intimate to the Central Information Commission, in Form D and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Information Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
