Application for registration.—Every declarant of assets carrying on the declaration of assets and liabilities shall make an application for registration to the Central Information Commission in Form C, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every fee receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for five days from that date.
