Application for registration.—Every contract farming sponsor carrying on the sponsoring of contract farming shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form E, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
