Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of building workers who ceases to carry on the employment of building workers shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every establishment held by him has been disposed of.
