Application for registration.—Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application for registration to the Settlement Officer in Form 2, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every mutation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
