Intimation of change.—Every employer of inter-State migrant workmen shall intimate to the Labour Commissioner, in Form VII and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Labour Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
