Surrender of certificate.—Every captive generating plant owner who ceases to carry on the operation of a captive generating plant shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Electrical Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every supply line held by him has been disposed of.
