Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the captive generating plant owner shall apply to the Chief Electrical Inspector in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Chief Electrical Inspector shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
