Application for registration.—Every water user association carrying on the management of an irrigation system by a water user association shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form B, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every reservoir held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
