Surrender of certificate.—Every water user association who ceases to carry on the management of an irrigation system by a water user association shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every works held by him has been disposed of.
