Surrender of certificate.—Every registered user who ceases to carry on the use of a mark under registration shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Copyright Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
