Surrender of certificate.—Every copyright society who ceases to carry on the administration of rights by a copyright society shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Copyrights in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
