Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a dam dies, his legal representative shall, within one day of the death, intimate the death to the Relief Commissioner in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every plan then held; and the Relief Commissioner shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
