Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a dam shall apply to the Relief Commissioner in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Relief Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
