Application for registration.—Every trade marks agent carrying on the practice as a trade marks agent shall make an application for registration to the Plant Varieties Authority in Form 18, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty thousand rupees and a statement of every opposition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
