Application for registration.—Every gratuity trust carrying on the administration of a gratuity fund shall make an application for registration to the Board of Trustees in Form 13, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of members held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
