Intimation of change.—Every electronic commerce operator shall intimate to the proper officer, in Form GSTR-9 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the proper officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
