Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the exporter shall apply to the Director General in Form ANF-3A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Director General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
