Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the employer of apprentices shall apply to the appropriate Government in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the appropriate Government shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
