Surrender of certificate.—Every employer who ceases to carry on the employment of persons shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Maharashtra in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every permanent retirement account held by him has been disposed of.
