Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a village shop who ceases to carry on the keeping of a village shop shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Gram Panchayat in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every ferry held by him has been disposed of.
