Application for registration.—Every keeper of a village shop carrying on the keeping of a village shop shall make an application for registration to the Gram Panchayat in Form 6, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every tax receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
