Intimation of change.—Every operator of a pre-school shall intimate to the School Tribunal, in Form F and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the School Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
