Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the issuer shall apply to the Clearing Corporation in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees, and the Clearing Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
