Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the online dispute resolution platform shall apply to the Chairperson of the Council in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Chairperson of the Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
