Intimation of change.—Every user of a weighing instrument shall intimate to the Director of Legal Metrology, in Form C and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Legal Metrology shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
