Rule 26, Gujarat Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2008 [SB9-CBJ]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the consignor shall apply to the Director of Industries in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Director of Industries shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
