Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Commission" means the Assam Public Service Commission; (b) "Government" means the Government of Assam; (c) "said post" means the post of Principal Enforcement Officer in the Transport Department, Government of Assam; and (d) "Service" means the Assam Civil Service.
