Application for registration.—Every patent agent carrying on the practice as a patent agent shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form 3, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of forty thousand rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
