Surrender of certificate.—Every patent agent who ceases to carry on the practice as a patent agent shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every application held by him has been disposed of.
