Surrender of certificate.—Every passenger who ceases to carry on travel by railway shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every parcel held by him has been disposed of.
