Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the supply of electricity shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Ombudsman in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every register of consumers held by him has been disposed of.
