Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the working women's hostel shall apply to the Committee in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
