Surrender of certificate.—Every conductor of a stage carriage who ceases to carry on service as a conductor shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 30 of the manner in which every pollution certificate held by him has been disposed of.
