Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of motor vehicles shall intimate to the Highway Administration, in Form 4 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Highway Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
