Intimation of change.—Every tenant shall intimate to the Rent Controller, in Form E and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rent Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
