Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any foreign company dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Competition Commission in Form ADT-1, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of incorporation then held; and the Competition Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
